The full board packages include a seminar break in the morning with the basic seminar drinks such as tea, coffee, mineral water, water and the catering with pastries and fruit.
For lunch our kitchen team will prepare a 4-course-business buffet or served menu. At the beginning we will serve you a soup, as a main course you can choose between a meat or vegetarian dish. The conclusion is a delicious dessert. Starting at 30 persons, our chef will create a business lunch buffet for you, which consists of a soup, a salad buffet, two main dishes (a meat and vegetarian dish) and two desserts to choose from.

To avoid post lunch stress the chef recommends a break in the afternoon. This consists of the basic seminar drinks (tea, coffee, mineral water and water) and small snacks.
Would you like to adjust or upgrade your package? For a small extra charge, we are happy to upgrade your break to include orange and apple juice.
Do you want drinks for lunch? No problem, we are happy to provide apple juice, orange juice, mineral water and water.
If you would like to start your meeting with a welcome coffee and Danish pastries – we are happy to prepare this for you too.
Would you like to party after a successful seminar day? The ORANGERY or the premises of the Miller-Aichholz PALACE offer the right ambience.
